Rigo founded StrictForce Security in 2010 with a commitment to providing professional security backed by accessible, accountable leadership. With more than 14 years of security-industry leadership experience, he has led large teams, developed long-standing business relationships, and helped organizations identify practical security solutions. Rigo directs the company's growth and client strategy while remaining closely connected to its leadership team and the organizations StrictForce serves.
Vicky MerinoOperations Manager
Vicky is a retired law-enforcement professional with more than 20 years of active-duty police experience. As Operations Manager, she brings extensive knowledge of public safety, incident response, field operations, and personnel leadership to StrictForce. She helps oversee security operations and applies her law-enforcement experience to support officers, clients, and site-specific security needs.
Porfirio A. De La CruzArea Account Manager
Porfirio has more than 20 years of leadership and service experience in the private-security industry. He has managed security operations, served multiple types of organizations, and built long-standing client relationships throughout his career. As Area Account Manager, he supports client communication, service coordination, and account performance.
Olga HerreraRoad Supervisor
Olga brings more than 15 years of security-industry experience to StrictForce. She has managed large teams, coordinated security for major events, and supported complex daily operations. As Road Supervisor, Olga helps keep field assignments organized, supports security personnel, and addresses the day-to-day needs that keep client coverage running effectively.
