Questions
Answers before you ask.
Common questions about coverage, service area, and how to get started.
Do you provide armed or unarmed officers?
Both. The right fit depends on the assignment, the site, and applicable requirements — we discuss armed vs. unarmed coverage during the consultation rather than defaulting to one.
What areas do you serve?
Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties. Tell us your specific location and we'll confirm coverage for it directly.
Is this a replacement for calling 911?
No. For any emergency, call 911. StrictForce coverage is a private security arrangement with an agreed scope — it does not replace police, fire, or medical response.
Do you guarantee incident prevention or a specific response time?
No security program can guarantee that an incident will not occur, and no response time is advertised here. Any service commitments are confirmed in writing for your specific location and assignment.
How do I confirm licensing and insurance for my assignment?
Applicable licensing, credentials, and insurance requirements are confirmed directly as part of every proposal, before coverage begins.
Can you support more than one location?
Yes. We can plan coordinated coverage across multiple sites, with shared reporting standards and a local contact defined for each property.
What hours can you cover?
Coverage hours and schedules are agreed per assignment — from a single shift to full-time posts. Office inquiries are handled Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm.
How is a Security Vulnerability Assessment different from officer coverage?
An officer post provides an ongoing presence. A Security Vulnerability Assessment is a one-time (or recurring) review of your property's access points and procedures, producing findings and improvement priorities — the two are often planned together.
How do I apply for a security job with StrictForce?
Email your résumé along with your preferred locations, availability, and the type of assignment you're interested in. See our Careers page for details.
